How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Masaledar capsicums ?


Masaledar capsicums

250 grams capsicums. 5 tblsps. Beaten curds. 1 medium tomato, diced. 1 big onion. 1 inch piece ginger. ½ tsp. Each of garam masala and turmeric powder. Salt and chilli powder to taste.

Wash and cut capsicums into long slices. Grind ginger and garlic to a paste. Heat 2 tblsps. Ghee and fry the paste to a golden colour. Put in spices and salt and fry briefly. Put in curds and tomatoes and cook till ghee floats to the top. Put in capsicums. Mix nicely, sprinkle a little water on top. Cover tightly and cook over a low fire till the capsicums are done. Serve immediately.
