How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Muli ka sag ?


Muli ka sag

2 bunches muli or radish leaves. 1 small onion, minced. 1 inch piece ginger, minced. 1 medium tomato diced. 2 green chillies, minced. ½ tsp. Turmeric powder. Salt and chilli powder to taste.

Heat 3 tblsps. Ghee and put in all the above ingredients. Cover tightly and cook over a low fire till done. Mix well and remove from fire. Serve hot.
