How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Mutter paneer ?Mutter paneer Paneer made of 1 litre milk…. See helpful hints. 2 small onion. 4 flakes garlic. 2 large tomatoes, diced. 250 grams peas, shelled. 1 tsp. Each of garam masala and ground cumin seeds. ½ tsp. Turmeric powder. Handful of sliced coriander leaves. Salt and chilli powder to taste. 2 tblsps. Hot milk. Fry the pieces of paneer to a pale gold colour. Grind onion and garlic
to a paste. Heat 2 tblsps. Ghee and add ground paste and fry to a golden
brown colour. Add spices and fry briefly. Put in tomatoes and cook till
the ghee oozes out. Put in peas. Mix well and then put in 3 cups water,
bring slowly to a rolling boil and then reduce heat and cook till the
peas are almost done. Toss in the pieces of paneer and cook till the peas
are done. Pour in the milk and remove from fire. Serve hot garnished with
