Handful of coriander leaves. ½ tsp. Each of garam masala, ground cumin seeds and turmeric powder. 2 green chillies, minced. 3 flakes garlic. 1 tsp. Each of poppy seeds, crushed pomegranate seeds and mango powder. 2 medium tomatoes. 1 hard-boiled egg, shelled and cut into thin rings. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Punjabi Vegetarian Recipes - Paneer Kheema cooking method Fry paneer lightly and chop coarsely. Grind together onion, garlic and
poppy seeds. Heat 2 tblsps. Ghee and fry the ground paste to a golden
brown colour. Put in all the spices with the exception of garam masala
and fry briefly. Add tomatoes and cook till the ghee separates. Put in
paneer, coriander, mint and chillies and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from
fire and put in a serving dish. Cover with rings of egg and sprinkle on
