How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Peas kofta curry ?Peas kofta curry 250 grams peas, boiled. 1 tblsp. Poppy seeds. 2 tblsps. Gram flour. 1 small onion, minced. Handful of sliced coriander leaves. Salt to taste. For curry, 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed. 3 big tomatoes, diced. 4 flakes garlic. Handful of coriander leaves. 2 green chillies, minced. ½ tsp garam masala. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Grind peas to a paste. Mix with gram flour, poppy seeds, onion, coriander,
ginger, chillies and salt. Knead to a smooth mixture. Form into small
balls and deep fry to a golden brown colour. Drain and set aside. Grind
onion and garlic to a paste. Heat 2 tblsps. Ghee and fry the paste to
a golden colour. Put in the spices and fry briefly. Add tomatoes and cook
till the ghee oozes out Add potatoes, fry for 3 minutes, put in 2 cups
water bring slowly to a rolling boil, reduce heat and cook till the potatoes
are almost done. Toss in the koftas and chillies and continue cooking
until the potatoes are done. Remove from lfire and sprinkle on top garam
