How to Prepare / Make / Cook - Petha bhajee ?Petha bhajee 250 grams green petha. Peeled and cubed. 1 tsp. Fenugreek seeds. ½ tsp. Turmeric powder. 1 tsp. Ground cumin seeds. 1-inch. Piece ginger. 1 medium onion. 1 large tomato, diced. 2 green chillies, minced. Handful of coriander leaves. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Heat 1 tblsp. Ghee and put in fenugreek seeds. When they turn red put
in onion and ginger and fry till soft. Put in petha. Fry for 5 minutes,
then put in the rest of the ingredients with the exception of coriander.
Cover tightly and cook till the vegetable is soft. Mash coarsely Reheat
