How to Prepare / Make / Cook -Sukhe alu ?Sukhe alu 250 grams baby potatoes, halved. 1 tsp. Cumin seeds. 1 tblsp. Crushed pomegranate seeds. ½ tsp. Each of garam masala and ground cumin seeds. 1 tblsp. Coriander powder. 2 inch piece ginger, minced. Handful of sliced coriander leaves. Salt and chilli powder to taste. Heat 2 tblsps. Mustard oil and toss in cumin seeds. When they start popping,
put in the potatoes and fry for 5 minutes. add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix nicely, cover and cook over a low fire without adding water till the
